Luck boosting items? : Fallout: New Vegas

I just recently found out about them implants you can buy to boost special, but was wondering if anyone managed to bump into any passive armor or items with LCK+1 or more?
I found naughy nightwear with speech+10, LCK+1 recently but for some reason I can't get myself to gun down anything while wearing it...
FO3 had lucky shades and the lucky 8-ball, any similar items in FNV?

The New Vegas clinic just outside of Freeside. The place is right next to Caravan Company's.

Ah, thanks! I figured it was just another place to get fixed up, buy chems and stimpacks so I didn't go in! lol

Happy for you this was sorted out, but what about them LCK+ items? Anyone bumped into any?

There's Naughty Nightwear which provides +10 Speech and +1 LK. I think I bought it off a vendor, I honestly can't remember where or when.
