When i access the upgrade terminal, it won't let me mouse over any of the upgrades. It behaves like I'm trying to sell stuff. This is very frustrating, as this place looks like a dump, and I'd really like to fix it up. Is there a fix for this? I'm on the PC, if that helps.

I ran into the same problem. Try moving the cursor far to the right of the items names about where the prices are or beyond, that should let you look at them.

I figured out your "fix" on my own, but does anyone know if this bug is on the Bethseda To Do-list on the next patch? I've been trolling for a bug-fix-list on the forums for a while now..

You can also use the arrow keys and enter or E (I forget which one) to select it.
