Lydia and her attitude

Post » Fri Jun 01, 2012 8:20 pm

I really enjoyed having Lydia as a follower. I did not enjoy her attitude when I wanted to exchange inventory items. I also was creeped out by her watching my bed when she has one of her own. Last night I fixed the problem. Lydia is now the newest member of the Blades. She seems to like the idea, but I suspect she does not know that the Thalmor are out to kill every Blades agent they can find. I won't tell her. I hope Delphine and Espbern don't tell her yet either. Maybe her attitude will change.

Nothing will change the attitude on that one. Spoilt as a child, i suspect.

Imagine you were in her situation.
She gets stuck as a combination packmule/bodyguard for some lowlife. I'm just surprised she hasn't snapped and slit your throat one of those lomg nights when she sits there watching you.

I see your point. The Housecarl gig probably beats pushing a plow or being a grunt in the Jarl's guards. My fighting prowess probably kept her from gutting me in my sleep. However, I did not sleep much so she was probably too tired. She is in a better place now.
