I just finished still in the dark and no matter how long I wait elder Macnamara won't end the lockdown. I've waited 4 days art this point in the bunker. I NEVER talked to Hardin except hearing his proposal and saying I'd think about it. After that I never talked to him. Anyone have any solutions?

Alright cool. Funny thing is on my first play through ( yes I love playing a paladin) he lifted the lockdown as soon as I finished the quest lol

I waited for over a week, i completed all other brotherhood quests as well as veronica's quests. i did not wait while inside the bunker. any solutions?
