Mad mouse in skyrim : V

Hello everybody,

First of all I'm french so please excuse me if there are some mistakes in my language.
Next, I precise that I've spent hours searching a solution for my problem on google (in French and in English) ; obviously there are a lot of people who have mouse problems but I found no one who got the same problem than me... So please if any of moderators intend to close this topic for "problem already solved", I would be grateful if he specifies me where it has been solved.

So my problem is that when I'm in the game (it doesn't happens in the interfaces), you know, you control the sight of your character by moving your mouse.

Depending on how you move the mouse, you look up, down, right, you turn left, you turn right, etc..

Well in my game, these "movements of sight" are very jerky, saccadic. I mean for example if I look up the movement is not fluid at all (but the game FPS remains the same, because during the jerky movements, PNJs (for example) keep moving at a normal rate), like if someone was kicking the movement... The sight movement is very speed... To explain myself more precisely, if we take every picture of the animation, each picture would represents point of view that would be distants from each other. So the movement is sporadic, jerky and accelerated at the same time.

I hope it's enough clear... You know, I tried to take a video capture of the game with Fraps to show you, but strangely, when I start the video capture, the sight movements
temporarily become normal ! How frustrating.

Sorry about writing in French. I just said that it looked like a graphic card problem and that posting on a French forum would be easier for the poster.

But, if you are willing to carry on here, the first questions that come to mind are:

- is your mouse fully functional?
- what about your computer? Desktop? Laptop? Could you post a dxdiag between spoiler tags so that we could make an idea of it?
- does lowering the game settings (from "ultra" to "high", or from "high" to "medium") solve the problem?
- did you update your gaphic card drivers?

Regarding the lowering of the game settings, it's already on the lowest quality.

I can't update my graphic card drivers. I looked on the AMD Website (my graphic card is a AMD Radeon HD 6370M), I downloaded the appropriate drivers, I even tried their "auto-detecting software", but it tells me that my notebook is not compatible... Great.

Well I guess it doesn't leave many possibilities. :/

Okay. The first thing you can do is opening the Catalyst Control Center and uncheck the "utiliser les réglages de l'application" boxes (tabs AA and AF). This should boost the performances.

If this doesn't solve the problem: are you using the high resolution textures? If yes, try your game without them.

How is it that your game is on low settings? Did the system recognize your card the first time you launched the game?
