I Made aKhajiit Named Fox ... I don't know enough Khajiit na

Post » Sun Jun 03, 2012 7:30 am

should i start over just to rename it ?

my plan for this character is to do the one thing ive never done on any tes game and that is

go on a massive rampage killing just about everyone and any one i see and SAVE afterwards ...

should i put all level up things into health or stamina ? or 1st 10 levels into health and everything after that into stamina i'll try to max out teh blade tree ebcause i wnat to dual daggers for quicker kills (if daggers are in fact faster to swing and do more damage per second then dual swords would)

is there any thing that could help this type of phycopath warrior from being killed by the 1st thing it meets ?

also love the colour of night eye in this game is night eye an available spell for other classes since its apparently not an enchantment would be great if i could get it for my mage character

J'Far would be amusing. You could also go with J'Rmaine or J'Elyrol. How about J'Esther? J'inger? J'Ahm. J'Agid. J'Ifypop. J'Ipsi.

Only if you become a vampire you get ''Vampires Sight'' or something which allows you to see in the dark besides that you can use the Werelight / Mage light spells.

are you on PC? you can just hit ''showracemenu'' and change the name without any adverse effects,

otherwise;

Ra'Tuni

Here is a run-down of what the name prefix's actually mean;

  • Jo = Wizard, Scholar
  • M/Ma = Child, Apprentice, also used to imply virginity

i think J / Ji / Ja all basically mean the same thing they just have a different pronounciation.

so while any wizard / Schalor that is a Khajiit could come under Jo' if they are young or young and a bachalor or just a bachalor they could also choose to come under J / Ji / Ja

Anytime Ladyonthemoon,

Argonian names are a little more difficult there's not really any known translations for them this page will tell you everything about the Argonians that is known;

Spoiler

Argonian Names ; http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Argonian_Names

Argonian General Lore; http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Argonian

for everything else this website is your bst freind; http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Main_Page

the only one we really know for certain is that When argonians are born at a certain time (or it may of been under a certain Sign) that they would be given up for service to the Dark Brotherhood and they are known as the Shadowscales.

otherwise we know about there looks / tribes :)

Tribes

Argonians usually live in tribes, each having their own customs as well as differing appearances. There are a few known tribes:
  • Agacephs: Most have needle-like faces and vary in color from bright green to orange. Found in inner Argonia, near the Hist.
  • Archeins: During the era when other races tried to put plantations in Argonia, Archeins were very powerful, and made fortunes by selling other Argonians into slavery. Since the other races realized Argonia is unfit for plantations, they have gone bankrupt.
  • Paatru: Described as "toad-like", they live in the inner part of Argonia.
  • Sarpa: Described as being "winged", though it's unclear if this is meant literally or not. They live in the interior of Argonia.
  • Nagas: They are described as having "huge mouths filled with dripping needle-like fangs". Usually seven to eight feet tall, the Nagas appear to be more snake-like than other Argonians. When the other races were attempting to put plantations into Argonia, they generally acted as highway robbers; however, since the other races ceased trying to put plantations in Argonia, they have left the roads and have gone back into the inner swamps

Edit: for the Record the Argonain lore is pretty good leaves alot of mystery etc and is definatly worth a read.

I've named mine Minguss. Hungarian for 'White Beast'.
Not 100% sure if that is correct, but in the comic I got it from, that is what the main character named the white tiger she rescued.
He does have very white fur, many black stripes on his face and neck, and I also streched his nose, mouth, and jaw forward to give him a more feline profile.

J'dup makes everyone go silent ;) (lame, I know)

Been thinking about playing as a Khajiit next time I start a new game. I'd like to see my own tail, haha. Never I played a non-human character in an elder scrolls game. Well, elves still look human enough.

The Khajiit tail is the wrong shape though.... *sigh* Has that dumb-looking "bulb" on the end (which I RP-rationalize by the fact that my Khajiit trader father threw me out when I refused to go into trading, and the end of the tail got caught in the door when he slammed it behind me....)

I think those are the Imperial names given to Argonians based on what they do. That name, for example, would probably belong to someone who polishes spears.

Although my Argonian is named Gojira. :cool:
