How do you use them?

I have one selected, and my hands are glowing. But when I click the mouse buttons nothing happens.

I am missing something.

they are like normal spells, they just dont use up any magicka points. You should be able to use them as if they were normal spells.

Did you charge it?

I have a Scroll of Blizzard, which is supposed to be dealing damage over time. I think 20 pts for 10 seconds. But only see my own health going down as I am getting beaten waiting for it to work.

It needs to be charged before I can use it? I.e. enchantment?
