With Turn Undead you can stagger even a Deathlord for a second or two with a lesser turn undead spell, this can be a nice little way of giving you a chance to get a free shot or two in with a melee weapon.

I was wondering if there are any other spells out there like that? I dont want to dual cast and I am not using destruction magic, just wondering if there are any spells or even just a byproduct of the spell that can cause even a brief staggering, sort of like a shield bash of sorts.

Clear Skies shout is very quick to regenerate. It's a good alternative to unrelenting force.

What about any normal spells other than a shout? I havent even gone to get the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller yet

Paralysis and Mass Paralysis include a stagger effect so that they continue to have some use against paralysis-immunes.
