I'm having trouble getting Skyrim to run on my Windows. I googled this problem (it shows the dragon and smoke in the main menu, but no load, continue, etc) and I haven't found a solution.

I don't have any mods installed - completely clean copy and I can't get it to work. Any suggestions?
