Got to the part where you cleanse the stones but it doesnt let me cleanse the water or sun stone. Everyone walks away like it is cleansed but the quest doesnt update and the lurker doesnt spawn to kill. tried reloading everything still doesnt work.

I cant get past the quest The Gardener of Men. I get to the part when you return to the Skaal Village and give the book to the shaman but he wont read it in the quest description it says wait I wait but nothing happens Ive tried reloading a earlier save but same thing happens over again Need help any help would be appreciated.

Try this

• Leave the location
  
• Head out of Solsteim
  
• Make a save in Skyrim
  
• Wait in-game for 30 days.
  
• Return to the area where the issue took place.

Hopefully that will resolve the issue.

Thanks for the tip already resolved the issue by clearing cache on the xbox and cleaned up saves had too many but Thanks anyway

I have the same problem with the stones has anyone figured this out yet?!

After getting the last of the new Bend Will shout and reading the Awakening Dreams book

my character just stands there and does nothing forcing me to revert to a previous save state.

Also, the first three Ash Spawn encountered in "March of the Undead" take no harm making the quest impossible
This is my first play through of this DLC. hope they fix it.
