There is no Point of No Return in this game. There are a few places you need to complete a quest ot get out of, but other than that you can keep playing. Even when you finish the main story the game is still open to you.

The only event that can be missed by going to far as I am avare of right now is that if you have completed the Civil War you won't have to do the Season Unending quest, which is an optional quest in the main story.

You mean even if i finish skyrim, see credits and everything i can still load my game and all the world will be there but with questline done? This sounds odd.

Well, there is actually no need to see the credits or load you game. Finishing the main story does not take you out of the game on the first place. It just continues.

Wow,this is really curious.I mean,in any game i playied if you finish your main goal you can either re-load the closest to end save,or choose a new game+ option. It's so strange to think i can load the savefile without no main goal anymore.Skyrim never finishes to impress!

You don't "finish" Skyrim - there is no point at which the game tells you that you're done because you've completed some final objective and then runs the end credits and shuts down. You can finish the main quest and any or all of the other faction quests and do every side quest available and discover every location and clear it and the game will still not end. If you wanted to you could just wander around aimlessly forever, killing random bandits who attack you on the road or hunting game or whatever. The game's not over until you decide to stop playing it.

Well, this feature have been key in the series as a whole, should you want to explore the previous games as well ;)
