hey there im wondering if i make the imperials and stormcloaks sign the peace treaty can i still buy the houses in windhelm and solitude and will i get house carls for both houses?
also will i miss out on any quests except the rebelllion and imerials ones?

I'm actually wondering the opposite. If I lead one side to victory in the war first, will the peace treaty sequence still make any sense if I then do the main quest?
