talking to Septimus Signus (was going for ogmus infinium glitch to test out mage specific things before starting new character) BEFORE meeting parthanax or even talk about an elder scroll screws you over big time.

im stuck with an arrow over the mage guild's orc librayian but theres no speech option about asking where a scroll is.
