Make Achievements More Challenging!

I'm sure many of the console players like myself have already gotten every achievement and in my case the platinum trophy (PS3). Simply completing the game gets you most of the trophies and 2/3 of it can be achieved without much thought into it.

I propose the next major release of Skyrim have a set of much more difficult achivements to make it worthwhile to explore not only the rest of the game but to add some challenge.

Examples: (Name - Achivement)
Master Delver - Clear all Dungeons
Ultimate Explorer - Discover all locations
Master Artisan - Level all skills to 100
(Type) Dragon Destroyer - Kill 10 (Type) dragons
Rabbit Hunter - Kill 10 bunnies
Platinum Touch - Have 1,000,000 gold
Real Estate Mogul - Purchase all houses
Interior Decorator Purchase all decorations available for all houses

You get the idea... Put some challenge into it and make some of them fun like perhaps kill a dragon with pickaxe as final blow or something.

I really dont see the point of achievements at all. Why include them at all? Because Sony/Microsoft says so?

When they're done right they can be quite fun, like a metagame. Unfortunatley most arent.

@OP
those ones aren't really much different from the ones we already have
obviously besides pick axe one :P

kill a dragon with a pick axe while wearing no clothes :D
fus-ro-dah certain people off the edge of a large cliff
have a mammoth help you kill a dragon
eat 100 wheels of cheese
kill a bandit with their own trap
have an NPC kill 3 people with a fury spell
stop aerin from stalking mjoll
make a certain ammount of objects go flying off a table
