Make Her Not Purple : Fallout: New Vegas

Personally I think http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/album_page.php?pic_id=4334, the companion, looks rediculous as a purple nightkin. So I will probably ignore her in every playthrough even though I like the idea of her. I dont know why but it just bugs me. So is it possible for you guys to do a little re-coloring?

Purple's the new green, I personally don't mind the color. She looks unique and she could have a background story to let us know why she's purpleish.

Really? I mean she's 200+ yrs old. Maybe if you use stealth boys for 100+ yrs you'd be purple too.

Super Mutants/Nightkin change colour due to the over use of a Stealthboy. If they were not purple/grey it would go against canon.

She's actually more of a slate grey with a bluish tint, from (as others have said) years of being a Nightkin in The Master's army. Regular super mutants such as Marcus are the proper shade of green, and not yellow like the Vault 87 strain.

I don't mind that she's blue but the goggles don't fit her, seems like it's a fallout 3 super mutant face they're trying to hide.
The outfit has far better texture than the skin so it looks off somewhat.

Something like skin color would be super easy to mod.

And I'm quite sure they aren't going to change her color officially.

I suspect that we are way past the point of them changing Anything like this - I heard in one of the interviews yesterday that they are close to production, so that sending it to production for burning disks and distribution is close at hand. And at any rate, Lilly is a major character and I'm quite certain that JES and others had a specific look for her in mid. The purple/blue model they came up with obviously was reviewed by many staff, been playtested by many more and she is still blue/purple - so clearly JES digs purplish transvestite super-mutants - let the man have his variety!

I just hope we can swap the gear on Lily. Forget the purple/gray skin tone, I can live with that. A grandma outfit on a Nightkin is just disturbing... =p

I didn't know Grimace got a slot in the Vault-Tec rosters, benefits of celebrity I guess. Her color has nothing to do with "pre-dip" race, and everything to do with stealthboy exposure. Saying otherwise makes you come across like a "dip".

She was black before she got dipped, not blue.

She's not a transvestite, she actually used to be an old lady before she was transformed. Tabitha on the other hand may have been a woman before, or maybe he/she's just insane. Or maybe she really was a he and is actually a transvestite. Who knows. Tabitha is definitely insane, and whether that insanity caused the crossdressing or merely makes us unable to ascertain the true reason is up for debate.

i loved what he looked like...... if they changed it one bit i would be mad and nightskins i thought were a dark blue so its not so different

In response to earlier posts, yes, I know about the nightkins, and stealth boys, but fro
what we've seen earlier thy are supposed to be gray not blue.

Also, I know this would be an easy mod, but I'm not playing on cpu so that isn't an option for me.

Is the news week that slow? Shouldn't be. We have got plenty of new info. If something this little irks you, you might need to take a nice little vacation for a bit. I think she'll look like the devs want her to. I don't mind or worry about something as small as this.

Aw, c'mon, pal. It's 2281, we should be way beyond judging people by the color of their skin at this point.
