Any one else think it would make sense to have dead money start after game ending?

Given the way it starts, it could reasonably start at any time.

Not going to happen though.

it would be nice if it was an option tho, if you dont have a save before the end of the game then you are screwed

I was very disappointed with this. I felt a little rushed during the dlc and didn't go through as much as I would've liked to, that said it makes sense your not able to go back.

Then read the big pop up which tells you to save it...

No.

Sierra Madre security protocols would prevent me carrying anything in. I cleared the place out on my first playthrough and I am quite done with it. Absolutely no reason for me to go back.

Item codes ?
Rad x
Rad away
Steady
Mentats
Buffout
wine
Scotch
Vodka
Weapon repair kits
mods
demolition charges

and the snowgolbe. May just be me who made several reloads to get all of the things.

Assuming you found all the codes and got banned......there is trading crap for Pre-War money from the Holovendors then bringing it back to sell for a profit. I came out of the DLC with over 10,000 of those svckers.

I thought it was fun, to do OA first then use the Stealth Suit and go around assassinating all the Enclave guys pretending it was more of a mission in between the main line.
