Questions for all those that mod: Is it just as hard as using the sliders to make a good-looking character?

One mod that really helps during character creation is http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10763. It adds numbers to all the chargen sliders so you know exactly what you're doing at all times. I'll sometimes write a slider number down when I'm moving them around so that I can return to exactly that spot again later, if I need to.

I enjoy reanimating my old RPG characters, all based on my old crayon drawings from about 15 years ago =D. The Vanilla didn't really allow for his face to be square enough, but it's close.

I couldn't find a haircut for Kain that I liked, they were all a bit too long
As for Jarved, I think he's find how he is, for the moment at least.

Looking at it now, his face is pretty Hobbit-ish, in a way, and I say that's a perfect fit for a Bosmer.

I rather like how he looks, aesthetically speaking. His face is a nice, smooth oval, accentuated by the long hair. The blond hair goes well with his fair skin, and his features are all well-proportioned. His mouth is a little small, but I was never a huge fan of huge lips anyway, so no issues there with me (I always have to work to make my character's lips smaller than the game wants them to be). The only problem I see with the pic is that there seems to be an issue with the brightness & contrast.

Likely because It was extremely foggy outside when I grabbed that screen.

His mouth is a little small, but I was never a huge fan of huge lips anyway, so no issues there with me (I always have to work to make my character's lips smaller than the game wants them to be).

The game doesn't seem to play nicely with mouth size-- tweaking just a little too far (or not far enough) ends up with a partial reset, sometimes.

I agree on the Bosmer's proportions, though-- very nicely spaced.

And there's just something fun about goggles in general, really.
