Making a Skyrim machinima - need advice

Post » Tue Jun 12, 2012 11:07 pm

Hi

My specs are decent:
4GB RAM
1GB RAM Graphic card

Which recording software should I use, which will result in proper quality recording and reduce lag?
How do I turn off "Press E to talk to ", when being too close to an NPC and pointing my cursor at them?
Any other advice?

Thanks in advance

- Best recording software is FRAPS, as far as I know.

- "TM" in console, I think. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Console.

- Be original :)

Like has been said FRAPS is really good!

Also type "tm" into the console, as this toggles menus. IF whilst playing normally, you want to have the hud inactive, download iHud off the Nexus :)

Oh, and don't copy other peoples ideas :)

Awesome, thanks!
Is there any possible way to enable easing on camera?

Eases off camera?

Type "tfc" into the console and this "releases" the camera from your character, so you can go anywhere!

It's hard to explain easing unless if you worked with editing of music and movies :)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_a8tljQ5v_8 <-- go to the end of this video to see the result of easing. It's a soft transition.
In same way, I want Skyrim camera to behave. Let's say I fly down from the sky towards a character, and right before I start looking up, I want camera to move slower and slower, in stead of just stopping suddenly.
