Are there any in game ingredients that can make the "Steel Sword" weapon way more powerful and way more stonger in Skyrim PC version???

Mods, take only the steel and arcane smithing perks and get a whole lot of fortify smithing going.

You can also make a Skyforge Steel Sword

That's true, although I think you have to finish a certain quest series to be able to do that.
