Mannequins moving . . .

Post » Thu Jun 07, 2012 7:03 pm

So . . . one of the mannequins in my house (Honeyside) has repositioned itself in front of the enchanting table as if it were busy enchanting something. Is this a dev joke? A bug? Something else?

It's a bug, because mannequins are "actors" - like the Statue in Bruma of Oblivion.

Sometimes a Glitch can break them out of their "immobile" animation/state.

Whenever I go into the bottom floor of solitude house my manequins look as if they are falling from the ceiling every time... Kinda funny and creepy at the same time.

Haha, yeah, first time it happened to me, I found it rather unnerving. Now I don't trust them >.>

But really, taking something off and re-equiping it on them seems to set them back in their place.

One of my mannequins fell in love with Andrew McCarthy after using the console command to change it to female... Now it just sits at my table waiting longingly... So sad. u.u

They only move when you're not looking at them so just stand there and watch them 24/7. Problem solved.

Reminds me of that Doctor Who episodes... with the statues.

I think I may have to throw out my niece's birthday present, a doll, because of this.

Damned thing keeps laughing even though I know I turned it off.

For some reason, I thought that movie was older...

Anyways, I guess I've been fortunate. I haven't seen my mannaquins move once, yet.
