So, this is driving me nuts because all my mannequins seem to be broken. I have no idea why, I've checked through all the mods that i run and can't find a single one that changes mannequins. I picked up a mod even that said it would fix the mannequins (Vanilla Mannequin Script Fix from Nexus) but it just isn't working.

Every single one of my mannequins is acting like an NPC basically. They stand, roughly, near their pedestal and move around in place, looking at me when I get close, etc. I cannot open their inventory to place in weapons/armor/etc. Has anyone had this problem before? Anyone know how to fix it? It's driving me up the wall.
