Mannimarco's Artifacts

Post » Sun Jun 10, 2012 6:28 pm

Was I the only one disappointed to find that Skyrim only had the Necromancer's Amulet and non of Mannimarco's other artifacts? If possible, I would love to see them back in some obscure sidequests for upcoming dlc, so that I can make my character a true necromancer. Also, I would love to see the return of Mannimarco (in ghost form), trying to come back from the dead. Anyway, here are some of my ideas for what Bethesda could do with the artifacts.

Necromancer's Amulet: (change the effects around a little)
- Conjuration spells cost 25% less to cast
- Fortify magicka 50 points
- Health and stamina regenerate 70% slower
- Reanimated zombies are 50% stronger (more health, hit harder, etc.)

Bloodworm Helmet:
- Fortify magicka 50 points
- You can have one extra reanimated zombie

Staff of Worms:
- Reanimate a dead body for an amount of time based on your conjuration skill
- Take control over enemy zombies for 20 seconds when used on them
- When used on your own zombies, it buffs them

Let me know what you think! Also, any ideas for new artifacts that could be introduced are welcome

The end of the Mages Guild questline in Oblivion, and books in Oblivion do point towards Mannimarco possibly having a lair near Pale Pass, and the lair may contain a few former heads of the Mages Guild as Thralls. Galerion is mentioned by name.
