My misc are full of them, bot most annoying are the other ones as its not tidy and I like to clear my journal as I progress the main quest.

Current probs are aelia not wanting to talk about me having wiped out silver hand
Oh and does anybody else have joricv back after he died

The phials quest is broken as he won't recognize I have the items and I am cole ting briar hearts left and centre which I can't remove as there quest items

Any suggestions would help

A few of them may be down to issues such as, perhaps the NPC takes more time to get back to the city than you do, if you fast travel and they dont?
I remember with the companions, it took a few ingame days before she was willing to talk to me about anything else. You could try waiting for a while about that one.
The others, there was a thread about quest items that were utterly unremoveavble, I remember some people posted some very helpfull things in that. I'll go dig it up but it'll take a while as I'm using a dongle that makes internet slower than the dialup of the 90s
