No Mapping for Mouse?

Can you map things to the mouse like in Fallout 3 and many other game? I like VATS, Crouch, and Grab on my mouse but I can't find the option to switch to Mouse mapping. WTF?

I ran into this too, when you're in the button mapping menu select device off to the right and then it takes you to mouse mappings as opposed to straight keyboard mappings.

Definitely not the most intuitive or robust in mapping capabilities, but ah well. 5+ button mouse support needs to be a standard in this day and age.
