I have no idea if it's legal or not so I won't post a link, but I downloaded a version of Mario Paint Composser for my PC.

Works just like SNES game, only easier sence you have a mouse.

Again, not sure if it's legal...

Unfortunately i'm not sure about the stance of emulators and the "legality" of them as a person had to physically program it. However the problem is the content for that program such as "Mario" the likenesses, etc... are all copyrighted by laws which could make it illegal. Though there are people that make drawings of Mario, Sonic, etc.. on deviant art for commissions so *shrug* got me. As for it being free yes it's probably an emulator however I think they released or re-released Mario Paint on the Nintendo Wii with some weird drawing pad.

Say wha!! The game came with a mouse that's how I learned how to use a computer mouse. :P

Since it seems confirmed that this can't be acquired legally I'll lock the thread. Epic Fail, thank you for underscoring that you're only interested in this if it can be acquired legitimately. Comrade Dispenser, while I won't be taking official action against your account, I strongly recommend you take the time to review the forum rules.
