As the topic title suggests ive ran in to a new bug in Markath. The general store has never opened for this new 1.6 character. The store is permanently closed and locked.

This happened on a previous character before patch 1.6. I just picked the lock then entered the shop during the daytime. The woman shopkeeper had a conversation with her assistant about forsworn then after trading with her normally the shops opening hours started working properly.

Ill try that in a jiffy.
