Well that svcks. I have no clue where those last two would be. I have searched the entire map and can't find anything else.

when u become level 20 you can get an explorer perk which will show you all the locations so you could wait untill then

Yeah I know about that. Im level 30, but I just don't like to take that perk, it just seems like a waste to me. I took it one time in F03, but I thought it was pretty useless. I never really had any trouble finding anything.

PC version? If so, open up the console and type "tmm".

Not on PC, but I did figure out what I was missing. One location I knew about and just forgot to go back too. The other I was missing was the Legate's camp. I didn't realize that was a marked location.
