ok, i entered the divide and came across what i thought was an enemy,the marked men. yet they were non hostile. if i attacked one he would become hostile and so would any in the immediate area, but any out of range of the compass would remain neutral until i attacked that particular one. also not able to initiate conversation w/ them which leads me to believe they should be hostile. is this normal or is it a bug??
