I'd just finished Temple of Mara quests and forgot to take off the Amulet of Mara. As luck would have it, I bumped into someone that my character might be interested in....later. Conversation followed and I was asked if I was interested in marriage. "Not now" was not an option so I said no. Have I blown my future or can the conversation be revived later ? Took that amulet off soooo fast.

I dunno, but if you want to marry that character, do it soon. Due to the radiant system, some quests may cause certain NPCs to not give you the marriage dialogue down the road, making it impossible to marry them (on the consoles, at least).
