yOU CAN FIX THE GLITCH THROUGH CONSOLE

press"~"
left click on lydia (or whoever has the glitch) with the console on the screen.
type "addfac 19809 1" ,enter.......
now the dialouge is on !

Developers. I know it may be impossible but please, PLEASE put a console on the consoles...

so you are a ps/xbox guy !
if your an xbox theres a tool that convert saves between pc and xbox some how.
get your self a pc copy from a friend and convert xbox saves to pc
run the game,do the console....finally convert to xbox and ship it to the xbox.
easy as a peice of cake!
yet for the ps its not possible.
