I was just wondering if I marry Mjoll, will she still tell me her silly stories about hunting cliff racers in Morrowind and such, or will she turn into a mindless automaton who just keeps going "Yes my love, what do you need? Yes my love, what do you need?" over and over again?

I married Ysolda on my other guy, and she turned into a damn robot.
