Martin Septim, before becomming a priest, was a Cultist of Sanguine. This is revealed to be the source of his knowledge of Deadric magic. The cult of Sanguine is known for it's indulgence of Sensual and other pleasures. It is possible that he May have fathered one or more children, possibly of multiple races during this time. What if one or more of the decendants of these children learned of their heretage and sought to claim the throne of the empire for themselves? The Player could choose which Heir to help to ascent to the throne or to cast them all down.
