"Master Criminal" Achievement.

Post » Thu May 31, 2012 1:56 am

So, I've been wondering if anyone else has gotten the "Master Criminal" achievement (The least achieved at 0.5% of the steam Skyrim populous).

Anyone tried it? I found it a great little adventure from my normal trek of my thief character. Quite easy actually, but I got quite a rush doing it.

I'd go into the city, kill someone in broad daylight- then sprint for my life, downing tons of stamina potions until I outrun the guards (I loved looking on the map afterwards to see how far away I'd gotten from the city on foot) =D .

If you're looking to do something interesting, try this out! Cool unique fun-ness.

This. Just make sure to shift after you get the bounty or it won't count.

If you are seen transforming into a werewolf you automatically get 1000 bounty.

EDIT: How does the OP know that less than 0.5% of players have it?

What exactly do you have to do for the achievement?

A bounty of 1000 gold or more in each hold.

Steam statistics? Yes, those are only for PC since Steam exists solely on this platform. Consoles have Playstation Network and Xbox Live respectively. I don't own an Xbox 360 or PS3, so I have no idea if a similar achievement tracking feature exists.

Yes, it is. Earlier, also, I said "Steam Skyrim populous".

A true master criminal wouldn't get any bounty, cause a true master criminal doesn't get seen.

Yes, but an achievement of "commit a crime in each hold without being seen" would be just a bit too easy. :P

It is not that hard. Just kill people but never completely kill all the city guards. Each NPC you kill is 1k Bounty. Works great with Ebony Blade.

It isn't a hard achievement to get, but I don't have it.

My characters either don't steal or kill, or don't get caught when they do.

You're a criminal as long as you break the law. Whether someone knows it or not is irrelevant.

But if noone sees it, is it really a crime?

Yes... Just because no one saw Mr. Herninberginstein kill Mrs. Herninberginstein doesn't mean Mr. Herninberginstein isn't a criminal. He just isn't a known criminal.

Pretty sure this would be really easy.

The guards aren't THAT powerful.

It doesn't count if you don't get seen!
