haha so i just got the destruction master level spells, and as ive put all the perks in lighting i decided to try out the lighting storm on some dragons, so i fast travel to the closest word wall and attack the elder dragon residing there. i start casting on him and yeah the spell is freaking powerfull 112 dps + constant staggering he cant even breath on me and he died pretty fast as expected, but much to my surprise he freaking turned to ash and i couldnt absorb his soul hahah... so i guess when fighting dragons from now on lighting storm is no go xD

It's not the master spell that does this, but the disintegrate perk and using any lightning spell.

Master spells arent affected by stagger perk.

yeah i know its the perk, but ive never before disintegrated a dragon, and i played a lot with the expert spell before getting the master, and the problem is that the spell has 112 damage so it'll disintegrate everything that has less than 112 health left, so it'll practically disintegrate almost everything i use it on, and im pretty sure that disintegrating dragons is not supposed to happen haha and vohnn im pretty sure he was staggered he couldnt move or breath at me

I don't have the disintegrate perk, but Lightening Storm still occasionally has that effect on any NPC

Only use it to bring Dragon's down, then use something else, because it's bloody annoying when that happens
