Maybe bug, maybe not...

I'm not entirely sure this is a bug but I really find it annoying!! When you transition from walking to running, is seems there's a frame missing in the animation. The running occurs instantly, causing the screen to "tear" everytime you start moving.

Now, I haven't seen this issue posted anywhere, and it's difficult to see if it's there in the videos on the web, even at hi-res. I've replayed Oblivion and Fallout 3 to see if it was the same, but the transition there is completely smooth.

Has anyone experienced it and find it just as annoying as I do, or am I just picky?!?

Is this in third person mode?
I normally play in first person, and haven't noticed this.

I don't think it's a bug, just how the PC walking animation is.

Its the Xbox 360 version, and it's both in 1st and 3rd person.

Sorry, I meant player character (PC), I am also on the 360.
The only thing I have seen like that is a frame rate drop.
