Can someone tell me how to add spoiler tags to a post, please? I can't figure it out. And please, if someone has already answered, just move on. I'd prefer to keep this thread short.

Click on the other styles box above the reply, spoiler is one of the options, then paste your text in the smaller box that appears when you click on spoiler.

Simple enough.

Or highlight the already written text, then do what he said, it'll automatically add the text in the box. For some reason it's easier this way for me.

I just always type them out...

Yup. Can't be bothered to find the icons for them.
