Maybe I'm the only one, but...

Stuff like dreams for werewolves and vampires and returning the ending cutscenes that somehow disappeared after the Oblivion Crisis would be nice. Nothing major is needed, though. Morrowind had just enough cutscenes and they didn't feel unneeded or thrown in. The main series TES games do not require more cutscenes than the ones in Morrowind. The main series TES games are open world RPGs, so cutscenes are hardly needed for much other than what I've mentioned.

You stated that better than I could. That is exactly how I feel about cutscenes in TES.

Cut scenes like in the Thieves Guild? Sure.
Cut scenes like Helgen? Sure.
If not, absoloutley not.
I hate cutscenes in most games anyway.

While general Tullius was giving some speech outside The Palace of the Kings, I was milling around checking how many had died and healing soldiers and basically doing my own thing even though I was still listening to him. If the game had put me in some silly stuck position while some dramatic cinematic techniques of rising music and sweeping crane shots was going on I would have been very angry and disappointed. TES allows us to be pick pocketing some random NPC in the middle of an important, heroic moment. It's all about choice and participation, and not being relegated to a passive spectator.
