Mean Sonofa***** : Fallout: New Vegas

So in Westside (north of the strip) there is this adorable Super Mutant named Mean SonofaB****. I tried talking to him to get info on who he is but no luck. Anyone know the story behind him?

A .. couple!? Guessing your a shoot first talk only if necessary person. I had to save/kill that ass in Gammorah like eight times before I got over him. ( Id save the game.. kill.. reload.. repeat
