How come when I speak with Parthunaax atop the Throat of the World and ask to meditate on one Feim nothing shows up in my Active Effects list? When I meditate on Fus or Yol I can see Effortless Push, and The Fire in your Heart or whatever in my Active Effects but when I chose Feim nothing is different (that I can see). Does anyone know why this might be, if this has happened to others, and how I can fix this?

I believe that Feim is only active when you are actually under the effect of the "Become Ethereal" Shout. It should allow a player to regenerate health when in spirit form.
