Whenever I go to the fallout new vegas home screen when you start the game and I follow the instructions which are:
1. Press the guide button
2.Navigate to the "Marketplace" tab
3. Select "Redeem Code"
4. Eneter your unique code

I eneter it and whenever I do it says It's not a code! I got it froom buying the game from Best Buy. has anyone else incountered this problem and If so please help me out because I'm dying to get the items you get with it!!

I did go to the support and it doesnt show anything about this! It doesnt even have a dlc portion of it. It just has all this stuff about glitches and other stuff not relating this.
