Have you ever try to use in new vegas remnants power armor with tesla power armor from fa3?
If you add the tesla power armor trough the console into inventory the game will let you wear them both-but only the remnant one will be visible and from the tesla armor you wil see just the green flashing lightning around it. You can also wear the T51B ae well with the same affect. ( I'm using the remnant cos got higher dts)

I think he's saying he somehow got the lightning effect from FO3 to work with some Vegas power armors through the console. Not sure what that has to do with "merging" FO3 with New Vegas, since the enclave power armors are already in the New Vegas assets.

I'm guessing you used the console to add the Tesla Armor backpack (with ID 8F571) to your inventory? You can use it with other armors and it includes the special effects. The proper Tesla APA mk. 2 you get with item code 6B646
