Meridia glitch? : V

so i walk up to her shrine and it doesn't start the quest.. anyone know how to fix this?

If you have a save go back to that and try again. did you try activating the shrine? If that doesn't work, you may find the beacon somewhere and that will start the quest. Is their a dragon somewhere around flying?
