Downloadable content in most cases, the company makes a couple add ons and thats it. Bethesda came out with five add ons that had some new maps, new quests, and a couple new weapons and armor. Now Im no expert in how the process for releaseing DLC is, it could be very stressful and time consumeing. But listen to the community, if their asking for new stuff, then you should listen to them.
I would love to have real life guns in Fallout: New Vegas like the M16, MP5, UMP, G3, the list goes on and on. Though its too late in the process to be adding new guns into the game into the game, maybe you should get a head start on makeing DLC and adding real life guns into the game, you shouldnt worry about if adding certain things will "mess up" the expeirience of the game because the experience you get out of it is totaly up to that player and every player probobly wants something diferent out of it but might not get that because the main chunk wants this so thats what you give them, and thats where DLC comes into play. Its up to the player to download a gun pack so they cant blame you for not getting the experience they were looking for, and i dont see how adding weapons could drasticly affect the way the main story is told. But why stop there? why not make a forum just for ideas on DLC. If your makeing us happy and your makeing money its a win win right?
Anyone agree?
