Is anyone having problems with their audio... mine is lagging or something it just won't play on time

I am having the exact same issue! In both of my save files no doubt. I started one game when I first got the game, and now for some reason I started a second character and the same sound issue persists!

Yeah... the master sound plays, the footstep sound plays... but the voice, VATS, pip-boy, and weapon sounds take about 5 minutes to register... is that what's happening to you?

I can put the game on any resolution from Low to Ultra High and set every thing as low as it will go but the sound is still not functioning correctly.
