This stuff now gets added to him as soon as you talk to him after getting a pardon from the NCR for him. Nice! Lucas Simms clothing and a cowboy repeater. Now this guy looks a real sheriff. He's happy, the inhabitants of Primm are happy and I am happy, cause I get a discount from Nash's store, hehehe
