The fact that its bigger than the Xbox slim (If thats the new black and better one) to me would say its not the real deal on the next console but it certainly looks like a good proto-type, and prototypes tend to look cooler than the final product, with cars anyway.
I don't like the look of the big grey box on it though or the cheap 'X's plastered on it, good starting point for a design though.

It'd look great if the side with the big gray box looked like the other plain side.

i think it looks kinda futuristic. but hopefully it ends up looking better

....and not white. I don't do white!!

That looks like something created by a 15 year old with a pirated copy of 3dsmax and 5 hours of youtube tutorials

comon, if you're going to create a fake next gen console at least put some effort into it (not talking to the op but rather the person who created that image)

yeah i just found that out on another site.but they got that concept from somewhere.

Yeah, they came up with it on their own. People will always try and recreate the "next gen consoles" when they themselves don't even know what it looks like.

Oh come on, besides the obvious lack of functionality I think it looks pretty good if you look at it from the plain side.

I didn't really think about the design itself, I just looked at the render.
