As the Title says. Completed quest and no dialog option to inform Dusty. "Did you find anything?" Only option is no.
I've also had 4 crashes when entering Freeside which resulted in my Xbox freezing as well as several other Quest breaking bugs, NPC's being stuck in ceiling's, walls, rocks and constant frame rate drop after roughly an hour of game play.
