Looks interesting. I'm currently using balanced magic but I might start a new playthrough with this and do a comparison.

I can't believe that a simple +1% increse in destruction magic makes it overpowered!

The most attractive feature is the scaling. MM for Oblivion was a fantastic mod and this one is too.
