Where is a good place to either mine or purchase some ebony...? Just got my smith up to 90 so I want to make some good stuff.

In shor's stone there is an ebony mine north of riften.

There is a mine south east of Windhelm, forgot the name Gloombound Mine, it is part of an Orc stronghold. I got 48 pieces of ebony ore from it as well as some ingots lying around.
