Hi everyone,

I just got my copy of NV from Amazon.ca, I installed steam, ran the installer the second time and it's asking me for the product key.

But I can't find the product key anywhere. I thought it would be on a sticker on the inside of the DVD case, but there is no sticker. Where is the product key located?

Mine is on the inside of the DVD case.

Have you checked the manual, starting with the back?

If you can not find it I'd contact Amazon for an exchange.

P.S.

Leave it installed though to save you the time when you do get it. It's not been activated so there should be no issue with this.

My sticker was on the inside of the DVD case underneath they DVD.

It sounds like somebody stole yours, the factory messed up, or the glue failed and the sticker is actually floating around in the box somewhere..

I'll send it back to Amazon.

You could also call the support line, and they can give you a key if you can show them proof of purchase.
